- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referral source (how you arrived at the Site)

- Anonymous usage patterns and navigation flow
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. Analytics tracking is disabled on staging environments.
2.2 Information We Do Not Collect

- Require account creation or login
- Collect names, email addresses, or contact information
- Process payments or store financial data
- Access your GitHub account, repositories, or code
- Use advertising trackers or retargeting pixels
3. Cookies
Section titled “3. Cookies”The Site uses only cookies set by Google Analytics for aggregate traffic analysis. These are first-party cookies with the _ga and _gid prefixes. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use a browser extension to block Google Analytics without affecting your ability to view the Site.
4. External Data Transmission
Section titled “4. External Data Transmission”Under Japan’s amended Telecommunications Business Act, we are required to disclose information about data transmitted to third parties when you visit the Site.

5. Compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information
Section titled “5. Compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information”Instoll Inc. complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (“APPI”). Because the Site does not collect personally identifiable information and uses only anonymized analytics data, the Site’s data processing does not involve the handling of personal information as defined under APPI.
If you believe Instoll Inc. holds any personal information about you, you may submit a request for disclosure, correction, or deletion through https://instoll.com. The supervisory authority for personal information protection in Japan is the Personal Information Protection Commission (https://www.ppc.go.jp/).
6. How We Use Information

- Understand which pages and content are most useful
- Identify technical issues (e.g., high bounce rates on specific pages)
- Make informed decisions about Site improvements
We do not sell, rent, or share analytics data with third parties beyond Google’s standard analytics processing.

Section titled “7. Data Retention”Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Aggregated, non-identifiable reports may be retained indefinitely.

- Google Fonts — font delivery (Google Fonts Privacy)
9. Your Rights

10. Children’s Privacy
Section titled “10. Children’s Privacy”The Site is not directed at children under 13 or minors as defined under the Civil Code of Japan. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
Section titled “11. Changes to This Policy”We may update this policy from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the revised policy on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Section titled “13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction”This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. This does not affect any mandatory jurisdiction rights you may have under the Code of Civil Procedure of Japan or other applicable law.
