1. Acceptance of Terms
Section titled “1. Acceptance of Terms”By accessing and using the PR marketing website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of the Site
Section titled “2. Description of the Site”The Site is a marketing and informational website for PR, a native macOS application for reviewing GitHub pull requests. The Site provides product information, feature descriptions, and download links. It does not provide the application itself, host user accounts, or process transactions.
3. Permitted Use
Section titled “3. Permitted Use”You may use the Site to:
- Browse product information and documentation
- Download the PR application through provided links
- Share links to the Site with others
4. Prohibited Use
Section titled “4. Prohibited Use”You may not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site’s infrastructure, servers, or related systems
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Site at a rate that degrades service for others
- Reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s design, branding, or original content without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
- Impersonate PR or its creators in any communication
5. Intellectual Property
Section titled “5. Intellectual Property”The Site’s design, text, graphics, and branding are the property of the PR project. The PR application source code may be subject to separate licensing terms. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use trademarks, logos, or branding beyond what is necessary to access the Site as intended.
6. Third-Party Links
Section titled “6. Third-Party Links”The Site may contain links to third-party websites such as GitHub, Anthropic, and Apple. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
Section titled “7. Disclaimers”7.1 No Warranties
Section titled “7.1 No Warranties”The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Contract Act, the Civil Code of Japan, or other mandatory provisions of applicable law.
7.2 Product Information
Section titled “7.2 Product Information”Feature descriptions and product information on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. Features may change, be added, or be removed in future versions of the PR application. The Site does not constitute a binding commitment to deliver any specific functionality.
8. Limitation of Liability
Section titled “8. Limitation of Liability”To the maximum extent permitted by law, the PR project and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Contract Act, the Civil Code of Japan, or other mandatory provisions of applicable law. In particular, the PR project and its creators do not exclude liability for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Availability
Section titled “9. Availability”We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uptime. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
10. Changes to These Terms
Section titled “10. Changes to These Terms”We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the revised terms on this page with an updated revision date at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Site. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Section titled “12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction”These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. This does not affect any mandatory jurisdiction rights you may have under the Code of Civil Procedure of Japan or other applicable law.
